Scott Heise is the Chief Information Officer of Lands’ End, Inc. In this role, Heise is responsible for developing enterprise strategies, leading transformational initiatives, and ensuring security, compliance and operational stability across all facets of Lands’ End’s global business. He is spearheading Lands’ End’s Digital Transformation Program which is aimed at delivering Optimized E-Commerce & Mobile Experiences, Omni-Channel Enablement, Enterprise Order Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning Capabilities. This transformation is intended to deliver market-leading e-commerce, order management, planning, merchandising, finance and analytics competencies to Lands’ End.
Heise is a highly accomplished, results-oriented IT executive with over 20 years of experience successfully establishing strategies and leading organizations, transformations, and initiatives. Prior to joining Lands’ End in 2013, he served as IT Vice President of Application Engineering at Best Buy Corporation where he spent 15 years of his career.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering and his Masters of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.
